Life Skills Manual
The Life Skills Manual provides a structured approach to teaching foundational skills to individuals seeking to increase their self-confidence and independence. Each lesson plan includes introductory information, objectives of the lesson, suggested action steps to be taken to achieve the objectives as well as handouts supporting the action steps, and signs to look for when the objectives are achieved. The topics covered include:
